Lesson 1
Feeling left out at school can be frustrating, but it is helpful to realize that everyone experiences exclusion at some point in their lives. Taking a moment to consider that others might be dealing with their own insecurities or lack of social skills can help shift your perspective away from taking it personally. By practicing empathy, you can start to see these situations as obstacles to overcome rather than a direct reflection of your own worth.
